Marian Spencer and Mike Dowdle were both excellent. Marian was very patient understanding, and attentive to my needs. She worked very hard for me and got me a great deal on a great car. She is the reason that I continue to come to Grubbs for my cars. Marian is what service is all about. This is my 3rd car from Grubbs and I will back again. Marian is #TOPNOTCH #A-1
