There are recruiting firms and then there is Northbound Executive Search. My point here is that these guys are simply awesome. I met Lauren 3 weeks ago for an introductory chat and she presented me several different temp/temp to hire opportunities. She also introduced me to her colleague Valerie who handles full-time roles.

Within just one week, I received an interview. Following week I got 2 more interviews. Wow! They work relentlessly day and night to market you. They walk you through all the steps, prep you for the interviews, follow up with their clients on a regular basis and ultimately get you nothing but the best.

I was in a situation where I was almost on the verge of getting a offer from a firm that I applied via another recruiter. Valerie and Lauren, the go-getters, accelerated the processes on their ends with their clients (that I interviewed with) and got me 2 offers within just a week before the other offer came in. It felt unreal, but it is real for now since I just signed the offer. No one works that fast.

So 5 stars for everything including their work ethic, marketing/presentation, responsiveness, working style, situation handling, getting competitive offers, etc. etc.

Lauren and Valerie are best. You guys rock!!!!
