Went in there for 2 years to buy a GOLF TDi. Had to find the color I wanted myself in California. Literally had to hand them the VIN and told them to go get it. Then they demanded I pay full list. Go to Camelback VW or somewhere else. Its worth the drive. My next VW will be from them. Customer service is lacking and they think they are selling BMW's there. Total snobs! How could anyone at a VW dealer mistreat a guy named HERBIE? Well these clowns did! A response from the owner will surley be a defense reaction but you can't un-ring a bell.
