Work in tourism but find for tourists airport sorely lacking...firstly no train or mass transit link...absolute disgrace in this day and age and car park is a rip off..I had to pay extra $10 at exit as I had gone over the 10 min `grace period `from the pay station to the exit.
$24 for 53 mins(to pay station) + 13 mins(exit) Airport information staff are good and helpful but note it closes at midnite when there are still planes landing with many tourists and others presumably needing help.Besides parking food etc over priced despite so called airport charter.A private monopoly thats overriding concern is making lots of money and customer service coming a poor second.
Its pity that we`re never (for time being) at least ever get close to being in the top ten airports in the world! Wake up !
