I was quite pleased with how this dealership operates. Very straight forward through the entire process. In a matter of a few days (mainly due to my scheduling), I was pulling out of the dealership with my new Infiniti.
Both Jack and Chris really made it such an easy process. I tend to consider myself a knowledgeable car shopper and one conversation with Chris, I already knew their best pricing versus a lot of these other dealers that just string you along for days on end. Jack is a younger sales consultant but don't let that young face fool you, he is very knowledgeable with the entire process and handles all from start to finish. He was most responsive throughout the entire process especially since I was doing most of the communication via email and phone. Once we had everything finalized, the following day the Infiniti programs actually improved to my favor and they were more than willing to further improve pricing based on those new programs. I then scheduled to arrive the dealership on a Saturday evening, Jack literally had EVERYTHING ready to go including the car. Jack explained everything to me from start to finish, all the numbers matched as we discussed and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I have been at dealerships in the past for most of an afternoon so spending such a short time was a big sigh of relief for me. Overall a great experience and I will definitely not be hesitating to reach out in the future. Thanks again Jack and Chris !!!
