I purchased a new gas furnace last year. The old furnace was going bad. I felt like I was bullied in to buying their product. Their price is extremely high. The guy said my new furnace could be installed in one day. It wasn t, it took about a week to install. The salesman told me how great this furnace is and how much money I would save on my gas bill. Total BS my gas bill has actually gone up. The installers let a mess everywhere and had no clue as to where to put the new thermostat. I asked the salesman about duct cleaning, he walked through my house checking the vents opening and closing them. Now I have no heat in my spare bedroom. I called and told them what happened, I was told they would come look at it but I had to pay for the service call. So I m supposed to pay for something they broke. Stay away from them total rip-offs.
