Matt and his team recently helped me sell my townhome in University Village. Selling a home is a very stressful process, but Matt and his team managed the entire process seamlessly. I have been party to five real estate transactions in my life and in terms of real estate agents, this was by far the best experience I have had.

I communicated mostly with Jamie Price in regards to day-today administrative matters and she consistently provided me with timely notices and responses. Jamie is abnormally nice and pleasant to deal with (that s a good thing). Matt was always available for any general concerns or questions, and he always provided me with honest and insightful responses. Matt also regularly provided me with updates regarding interest in my property and the state of the market. I moved across the country to California before we closed on this property, but Matt s team kept me well informed and involved throughout the process.

Beyond the exceptional service I received, I noticed a few things that set Matt s team apart from most other real estate agencies. They really sell your place. They will actively market your property on various social media sites and offer staging services. Also, an agent from Matt s team will always be personally present at every showing (no use of lock boxes with these guys) and they will be dressed professionally, not in some standard suit and tie uniform, but quite fashionably. This might be a little thing, but I felt as though the perception of my property was enhanced, as the people representing it always looked professional and tasteful. This may not be important to everyone, but it is an example of their effort and attention to small details. To top it off, Matt was a shrewd negotiator when the offers finally started coming in. I credit him for selling our place without much in way of repair credits or other buyer credits.
