I have never left a negative review before, but my experience with TLC has convinced me to break that streak. I recently had a service job done on my radiant heating system. The apprentice that did the work alone did not refill the system properly, so there are air bubbles throughout. He also cut out a section of pipe to insert a much smaller valve. He had to tug on the pipes to get it to fit, spent most of his time at our house on the phone asking how to do the job, and when questioned about the process by a resident mechanical engineer, he said "don't worry about it, it's fine" and it is now leaking at this new joint. I have had to call in another company to come and do it right because I do not trust TLC to ever touch any of my systems again. We couldn't keep the pilot lit and when the new company came they pointed out how the thermocouple that had just been installed by TLC had not been installed properly and had stopped working. No new problems since. Go with one of the many other options in town.
