Terrible company! I ve been billed THREE times for a doctor visit I already paid for. Medsynergies has now threatened to send my bill to a collection agency EVEN AFTER I did as they requested, TWICE, and sent them copies of my cleared check showing I paid and that the check had been deposited into their account. Medsynergies is unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. Now I m turning to legal counsel to resolve something that they should have corrected several months ago. I would recommend that if your doctor s office is using Medsynergies you consider finding another physician that has a reputable billing company.
