i have changed my grade. Simply, because one prrson stepped up and went above what i wanred and needed. Jay from service/parts.
He followed up from a different location. Which meant alot. He made sure everything worked out. I made it 5 stars, because of Jay

However, i still think its necessary to leave original message in tact.

A year ago i wanted a Hyundai. I Live 10 min from WC Hyundai. The sales team was brutal. I was looking at a car in showroom and 5 employees walked by and no one asked if i was being helped. Then the person i got didnt even know the name of the models. I left and drove 1 hour to Crown Hyundai and bought 2 Elantras. I let it go.

Fast forward a year i take both cars for seperate reasons at seperate times. First upon the last complimentary oil change at Crown i was informed that there was a recall on the locks for that model. They said they took care of it. They actually didnt and now the door wouldnt open. Took it to WCH Service. The service rep E.J. said there were no recalls. After arguing with him he looked it up found he was wrong. He did not address that. So three weeks later same guy with a different car argues with me twice. Once about me hailing an Uber? i said three times no thanks on courtesy van ill take Uber. After 3rd time he gets driver on speaker and says he'll be there in 10 min. 27 minutes later no driver and i hailed a car which took 7 minutes. Still no van.
Lastly, i have tire insurance. I hit pothole to the extent they replaced the 2 wheels. I had to inflate tire with the system that comes with car. It was leaking that substance after inflated. I know that tire is damaged. He told warranty company nothing wrong with tire. First of all it is common to replace tire that has 23k miles on it and has been revived with fix a flat and is to be placed on new wheel. I have several interactions to not trust the judgement of E.J. I asked for a call from Service Manager and wanted a 2nd opinion. that was at 12pm it is 9 am next day, nothing. E.J told me Chris was service manager. This morning i was told there is not a Chris in service D. I called 12 times from 1pm to 630pm. at 2 someone told me EJ was on lunch. At 3pm the next person said he went home for the day. at 4 imani placed me on hold 3 times. All 3 times a salesman at NPR ANSWERED? Three more times Jeff at concierge answered said he would get message to service dept for update. No response. Again I called 12 times for 5 hours a not once did i reach someone in service dept. I would like to do commentary on this debacle, but ill leave it here.

Two days later update.
since 3 15 i have asked for jv or GM to call me, they have not.
I called warranty company. They said if Ed would have sent them a picture or just told him there was fix a flat they would have replaced tire. This morning i told him that and wanted a tire and not wait for process again since this could have all been done 2 days ago. He hung up on me, first refused again to get JV on phone.

GOOD NEWS.
The phone system is a disaster. I punched a 3 digit x for GM and i got parts dept? How fortuitous for me. Randomly, Jay from parts asked me to explain my situation. Told him everything i told EJ. He said no problem ill get you a new tire. I then told him about the warranty company. They have to approve and that it will take sometime for that process. He said what time do you want your car back i said noon. He then asked me not to worry about payment end with warranty company. All he is concerned about is safely getting me back on road again ASAP! Wow! What a contrast. Jay listened then acted. He should be recognized for immediately turning a three day abomination into a positive experience. It still should be noted that EJ was as negative experience as Jay was positive. Im still sore about being told its obvious we dont like each other and him hanging up on me.
