The coffee is pretty good and the staff was friendly, however my friend ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it took them 20 mins. to get his bagel. It was a Saturday morning and the place was not that busy. That experience will definitely make me think twice before going back to Spot. There is a Starbucks right across the street, perhaps I'll try them next time.
