Horid wait times. Been here in the er waiting lobby witb my mother over 4 hours, there is no end in site. Looks like we will be here all night. Moms blood pressure keeps dropping and she is all ready on her second tank of oxygen....after the first one ran out two hours ago. This is horrible. I cant believe that this is the current state of healthcare in Lubbock. What a joke. Should not even be one star, they cant even earn that star, its just a give me because the site wont let you review lower. Just pathetic is all i can say. If you cant see anyone else just turn them away dont make people wait all night. Let us know why the wait is going to be so long. Right now all of the staff in the emergency room looks like idiots. Not one of UMCs finer moments.
