So far I'm not to enthused about this one . In the 10 yrs or so since me and husband have been coming here To The Poconos Resorts we have never had to wait for our room . We always got in our room as soon as we arrive after 1pm.
I understand New workers are hired . But Poconos Resorts should never lose the spark that us old timer clients are used to seeing and having when we arrive with a warm smile .
I don't feel that right now since we arrive. We normally stay at Cove or Palace but there were sold out ! I was sad about that.
