I have attempted for several weeks on numerous occasions to contact management in sales \ finance and general manager,only to have my phone call ignored. I have specifically asked for the general manager Kyle Oakes. And all they do is transfer me around. I leave messages and nl one calls me back. I was lied to and taken advantage of when i purchased my vehicle. I feel ripped off and disgusted with lone star toyota. I regret purchasing my corolla from them. Their customer service is so horrible that i had no choice but to seek help elsewhere. I do not recommend anyone ever step foot in this dealership. I am single mother with 2 kids and can not afford to have a dealer steal money from me by adding things to my buyers order without explaining it to me or making sure i am aware of the add ons. Without my consent they added an extra 5,000 worth warranty bills to my purchase. This is outrageous!!! Maybe after this comment someone will take the time to contact me. I will be contacting the better business bureau
