All but two of the 5 elevators were broken in the morning, making leaving near impossible. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes for one to arrive that wasn't full, and had to ride it all the way to the top because everyone else wanted one too. Everything else was fine, but that was not worthy of the price paid for the hotel
