The service was excellent! The technician, Will, patiently listened while I explained the problem with my disposal, he assessed the issue, and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for as the potential cause. Based on the assessment, I had him install a new one. Will did a wonderful job, he thoroughly explained how to troubleshoot the new unit, warranty etc, and tidied up after he was done. He was very professional and friendly even after such a long and busy day.
