Where do I begin.. Avoid this company at all costs...

Where do I begin.. Avoid this company at all costs. When you need to reach them they are nowhere to be found, the call center is in Florida. Which is very helpful after waiting on hold for an hour about my issues with my terrible service here in Vancouver BC.
