Just returned from this resort. The only positives...

Just returned from this resort. The only positives I have are that the employees are friendly and try to help and that our room was clean. Food is terrible (other than the Himatsu restaurant where you have to have reservations and although the food was good there service was awful).
The beach is very small and nothing but rock - if you want to get in the water you need shoes or you will hurt yourself. The resort needs ALOT of work. It has potential, but is not there yet - needs updating everywhere. Our room was clean but air conditioner did not work.

We had a great time because we left the resort in the morning and went to St John or Magen's bay every single day. GO to St Thomas/St John but do NOT book this resort.

I was worried due to the negative reviews before we went but also saw positive so was hopeful. Unfortunately the negative reviews were accurate.
