Service Department at First Texas Honda: We were greatly impressed by the helpfulness, civility and thoughtfulness of all staff that we came in contact with as part of our two-hour service today. For example the valet Ivan noticed that we had left perishable purchases (milk etc) in a black cloth bag in the car before it was taken for servicing - he asked us about it (which we had totally forgotten) and placed it in the Office Coffee Room refrigerator. Service manager Marty was most accommodating in expediting the service because of my husband s special breathing oxygen needs. Thank you. Jyotsna Rao
