It's been about 5 months now and a hefty deposit later and I still haven't heard a word about my windows. I've called a few times and transferred from one person to the next and still no response... I've even left messages; (And as I write this review, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes already). I've got to say that I ignored the reviews when they came with their flashy sales pitch. I said "no" the first time as it was very expensive and I got a better quote from a competitor. But I got a second call from a supposed "manager" - which I have yet to confirm - and he came by for a second visit and brought down the price considerably and mentioned that it was a special price because of the "area I lived in". I took it. Left a deposit, got approved for financing and was told I'd have someone come the following week to get measurements and have everything complete in the next couple months. Okay... so it hasn't happened yet and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I only gave 2 stars instead of one as I have not seen the quality of the windows or the ease and precision of the installation. Otherwise - Customer Service is a 1 star. They were great at trying to make the sale - poor in keeping me happy after I signed on the dotted line. Please be weary in purchasing with this Company - and don't fall for their sales pitches. If I'd gone with the competition, I'd have impact windows installed by now and would have paid less.
