Long waits. Very poor phone etiquette. Doctors and nurses are very professional and competent. Administration and clerical staff are generally rude and indifferent. Good example of what socialized medicine is all about. Veterans deserve better. Close these facilities and send the vets to private care where they will be treated with dignity.
