2nd Review - I would put 0 Stars if I could

Let me start off buying also saying among the other reviews, NEVER buy from this website. Not only was I appalled with the customer service at the start of my RMA of my GPU, the customer service after they failed to find a fault and refused to replace my product under consumer rights was abysmal. It takes minimum of 3 days to get a reply from the "Resolution adviser" which makes the problem drag out much longer than it should, knowing its now been 3 weeks since I brought up the issue with Ebuyer. As well as this, they do not acknowledge or properly read any of your emails and always says the same thing over and over again as if they are trying to stall the problem at hand, it takes me having to contact them through their enotes system and ringing them up to ask for the person to reply because it has been so long of waiting for a reply.

As well as providing them with proof with the fault after they sent it back, they attempted to tell me that theirs something wrong with my other PC components EVEN KNOW I SPENT 2 WEEKS WITH A DIFFERENT GPU WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

It has gone to lengths of me having to talk to citizens advice which make a case with trading standards explaining the problem, which have informed me that everything they are doing is wrong and I should have been given a replacement and that their customer service is appalling, as well as breaking consumer rights in the process. I have also sent a letter before claims to Ebuyer in which they COMPLETELY ignored and did not acknowledge at all, I currently have a pre-written court claim order which I am ready to submit if a satisfactory conclusion isn't made within the week, the fact they failed to even acknowledge it was awful and they idea of me likely winning it is very high, since this is not the first time it has happened in this way with another customer.

Never, and I mean never buy from Ebuyer, even if the prices they offer look good, they probably do this so it makes up for their very poor service as a consumer when it comes to fulfilling consumer rights and handling customer service.
