I left my phone in an uber Friday night, immediately messaged and reached out to return it. I didn't hear back until Sunday, which I got the privallege to speak with 6+ different representatives who each gave me different info BECUASE they obviously don't communicate with eachother...... I wonder why : (

This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've spoken to a different rep each email I send, and I'm lucky enough to get a response back. I shocked with the lack of service you guys exhibit in times of need, guess taking my money for a fare is enough for you to sleep at night.

My driver has told you guys that he has my phone, you confirmed this with me. I still haven't gotten it despite my multiple efforts to retrieve it. I've missed a flight, I've missed work, I've put more effort into this than I should. You guys are a billion dollar company with the integrity and customer service of a lemonade stand.

EMAIL ME BACK AND WORK WITH ME. I AM INSULTED WITH THE LACK OF SERICE IVE RECEIEVED IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER, ITS INSULTING..... HOW CAN I NOT JUST SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO RESOLVE THIS EASILY?

Do the right thing guys.... It's embarrassing to witness this level of unproffesialism
