Avoid their used car department like a plague! I came across with a 2017 land cruiser at this dealership, inquired about the condition of the vehicle and went down for a test drive. There were couple of minor dents and scratches but otherwise in a good shape (with untrained eyes). I asked if the vehicle has been kept in factory paint, salesperson reassured me that is the case (& provided with a carfax report as well). Fast forward, few months later, my rear bumper was scuffed in a minor accident and I opted to have the bumper repainted by a prominent bodyshop in Queens. Thats when the master painter pointed out the passenger side quarter panel had previous damage and was refinished with cheap body fillers (bondo) - and surely so, the surface appear to be dull in reflection with uneven surface. The repair was done outside of authorized bodyshop and hence did not picked up by Carfax. Rich Milano is the saleperson that I worked with. My family have been a loyal toyota customer for years, but its this dealership that let us down.
