Bad customer service, long wait times (spent hours...

Bad customer service, long wait times (spent hours on hold)....all I wanted is great sevice and they failed on that!! They deactivated my acct and canceled payment after they discovered criminal history from 20+ years ago...then I booked thru another company (vrbo)....paid for the same place....then I find out next day airbnb approved me, and without permission booked it for me....now i have a overbooked nightmare too deal with!!.....never again
