I travel for business almost every week and am a loyal Marriott BONVOY member at Lifetime Titanium Elite status. I had business meetings there for two days and booked this hotel , but plans changed and needed to cancel. I called 3 days before my reservation to cancel and found out I booked a prepay room. It was a accident, as a business traveler and I often have to change travel plans I would never book a prepay non refundable room. I called to cancel and ask for a little help, they would not even entertain helping me out and charged me for the full 2 nights even though its clear I am very very loyal to Marriott and people that travel for business a lot is a giant part of their business. This hotel doesn't deserve a single dollar from another business traveler again and I will make sure all of my colleagues are aware of the very poor customer service. I am in shock.
