I had ordered a chair from another company and after 2 months of hassle with customer service at that company I decided to try the Uplift Chair. During the time of COVID, I expected some delay but was pleasantly surprised to have my chair ship 1 week earlier than anticipated.

Unfortunately, the chair arrived damaged. Working with Abby at Uplift's customer service was a night/day difference from the other company. Abby was polite, professional and forth-right in my expectations for the time frame in receiving a fully functional product. Again, my 'warrantied' chair arrived a few days earlier than expected.

While the chair was not 'exactly' the one I wanted, the care given to the customer is worth the decision to go with this company. The chair is also more than I had expected also.

Kudos to Uplift for their excellent customer service in a time where customer service is regarded as a non-essential part of the company because it doesn't make a profit for the persons at the the top. I will be looking to this company for future purchases.
