We came to stay for a three night four day trip to Branson and regret it. The first two days were fine. The third day we came back looking for a wallet we had left with a couple hundred dollars in it to get home. When we looked for it, it was no where to be found and the room had not been cleaned whatsoever. We had asked management if maybe the wallet had been "accidentally" been thrown out but they would not work with us. We asked if they could have someone help us look threw the trash to find it and they said pretty much said no. So we went ourselves to look and found nothing. The man at the front desk had called the cleaner. He said that the cleaner was with another person at the time they were cleaning our room but said that it was their word against ours. The manager had agreed to give us half of what we had in the wallet back from the cleaners pay check so it would be even. We came in the morning to get the money but the person at the desk said he had got a text saying there was no money to give. We tried to be as nice as possible he had told us to leave but we wanted our money that we were promised. The man at the desk was rude and started yelling and called the police. I do not suggest anyone stay here. The management is rude and the room hadn't been cleaned but once. We will never be coming back to this hotel.
