Twice in the past six months my husband, who has Parkinson's, has had to go to ER due to related problems. Both times the entire staff there was friendly and treated us kindly and promptly. Every one of them was extra attentive to him and very accommodating to me too. This morning's nurses, Michelle and Amy were not only skilled and efficient in their work, but they were cheery and brought out my husband's fun side. The wait time was surprisingly minimal. The ER doctor, Dr. Simmons, was so nice and meticulously skilled in stitching him up. Instead of a lecture which I had half-way expected (after feeling badly that my husband fell), the doctor offered encouraging words, understanding and support not only to my husband, but to me. Thank you Utah Valley ER - you were amazing and so appreciated!
