No response from these guys. Called and I was #3 in the queue. I then moved to #1 in the queue and waited 56 mins before finally tapping out. Seems like a recurring theme.

Phone was purchased April 2nd - its now April 24th. If someone actually gets back to me I'll just be requesting a straight refund. In this day and age 22 days without a phone is just too inconvenient to deal with companies like this.

They are clearly selling phones that they don't have in stock. Based off of previous reviews this seems apparent and then they ship out faulty phones either down to panic and rushing and lack of quality control or just to stall/scam you so they can hold onto your money longer.

I'll probably just contact my bank in the next couple of days and get a refund that way.
