Bought a 2015 "certified" Venza end of July. Was promised cert. paper work and owner operater manuals. Called up there 4 times left 2 voice messages with no call backs. Finally talked to Chris in internet sales. He promised to get back with me over 2 weeks ago...still haven't heard from him. Call again 10 days ago ,spoke to Sam (used car manager) he said he gave the salesman our paperwork but who knows where he or it is. Also said he'd check into it and get back with me. Still waiting !!!!! Of all the Toyota dealers to choose from in DFW area this would be my last . Worst customer service ever!!!!! Well now end of November...no word from them. Also car fax showed clean one owner no damaged car and salesman also said it had 160 point certified inspection. Well after we got it home discover rear bumper and hood have been repainted for some reason??? And not very good either!!! So don't trust car fax or salespeople when purchasing a "certified" vehicles. In over 50 years of driving and buying cars we have never been treated like this. Sad...let the buyer beware!!!!!
