This was my first experience at Ray Catena Infiniti in Edison and as "advertised" their approach was extremely friendly and no pressure. It's their job to sell cars but overall i felt no pressure to buy but at the same time i was given so much of my salesman's time. Jack was super knowledgeable, pleasant and just super nice to deal with. It felt like i had a family member in the business and that made the experience all that much better.
I appreciated the time Chris Russo spent with me as well. I felt like he was able to do all he could as well to make the experience a good one...
