I booked it through Marriot app. I thought it was a Marriott hotel, but when I checked in, I was told by the front desk that it was not a real Marriott and therefore it does not follow the Marriott rules such as allowing gold member to have early check in or late check.out. Further, for a $480/night room, I was expecting some bath robes or slippers (like Marriott everywhere else), but my room didn't provide any of this. I called the front desk to ask. Again, the answer is we are not real Marriott and we don't follow Marriott standard. This answer was disappointing, because I booked through Marriott app. AND the hotel has Marriott name in it.
Overall, I felt cheated throughout my stay.
