I recommend anyone visiting Amsterdam to see the Anne Frank House. You need to buy tickets online, and the process was fairly straightforward, and there were no problems getting in with our printed passes. Arriving 15 minutes early is plenty of time. The evening I was there, there was a pretty large crowd waiting but you weren't getting in line until it was your designated time. Arriving any earlier is just a waste of time, unless you plan to picnic on one of the benches or something.

The museum set up itself, in my opinion, was very nice set up. There were audio pieces that you scanned into in each new area/room and the information given made the experience that much more real. As you make your way through rooms of video clips, family pictures, and assorted information of the Frank's life before going into hiding you work your way toward the actual hiding place. There is no audio in the actual hidden rooms, but there is information about each person in hiding as well as some places pointed out that Anne wrote about in her diary.

After leaving the hidden space the audio resumes and there are video clips of Otto Frank and those who helped hide the families. Overall, the museum was outstanding, and a very humbling experience.
