I haven't actually purchased a car from this deale...

I haven't actually purchased a car from this dealership yet, however, I did have the pleasure of meeting Keith and his team to help resolve an issue that 2 other dealerships and MULTIPLE channels over the phone could not fix. Keith immediately took ownership of the issue (even though it involved a completely different dealership) and got us back on track to where we needed to be.

While waiting for our car to be serviced we walked around the dealership to look at other cars and everyone from the service department to the sales floor was extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm a retail store manager myself and I know that you can coach customer service but you can't fake great customer service and that's exactly what Keith had. Unlike other dealerships that I have been to, at no time did I feel pressured into talking about buying a car and he was still friendly even when I stated we were just looking right now.

Based on what my wife and I experienced , I can tell you that we have already been discussing getting a new car and I know the first place that we will go to get it!
