I visit the Globe every summer and have yet to find a performance that I'm disappointed with. The setting is stunning, and adds to the theatrical experience. I recommend hiring a cushion if you have a seat. It does get hot in the afternoon sunshine, so make sure you're prepared, especially if you're a groundling.
