I lived at Sun Village Apartments since June 2016 ...

I lived at Sun Village Apartments since June 2016 and it has been nothing but trouble when it comes to dealing with the management. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving the ceiling in my closet started leaking profusely. I call the emergency maintenance number that night and no one came. Then, when I filed my maintenance request the management team said they would fix it within the week... a month later with me going into the office almost everyday they said they fixed it. fast forward to January 3, 2017 the ceiling in my closet is still leaking. I call the emergency maintenance number again and finally someone came over, but only to put a hole in my ceiling and peal the paint of my wall. After going into the office everyday for a week the management team finally told me that the gutter on my roof has not been cleaned in a while, so the foliage from to trees was causing the water from the rain to pool and that is what was causing the ceiling to leak in my closet. They told my that the maintenance staff here were not aloud to clean the gutters so they were going to have to out source it. the management team also said that no one would be in to fix the hole in my ceiling till the gutters were cleaned out. It is now February 5, 2017 and the management team still has not found anyone to clean the gutter on my roof or fixed the hole in my ceiling. I also forgot to mention that I have not been able to put anything in my closet since November because of the leaks.
