Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment on June 10th online and requested a loaner vehicle for 11am on June 14th. Appointment was confirmed by email and the service department called me on Monday the 12th to confirm the appointment. During the phone call to confirm the appoint for the 14th, I was transferred over to a "service advisor" to confirm the loaner vehicle was available, since I have the extanded warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. Advisor told me I was all set for the loaner when I arrive for my appointment and took all my contact information down. I show up for the appointment on the 14th and the service representative at the service counter, very polite guy, told me there was no loaner available. I left work, hoping to drop the vehicle off and return to work, to find out there was no loaner scheduled for me. They said they can shuttle me back to work. When I told them where work was they said no that's too far. I called off work. I called the Cadillac dealer less then 1/2 a mile away in Oak Lawn. Shirey Cadillac of Oak Lawn told me I can bring the vehicle in and they will give me a loaner vehicle or they will get me a rental vehicle after they diagnosed the vehicle. I rarely leave comments, but this place really frustrated me, wasted my time, and was a disappointment for a for a Yukon Denali that is less then 2yrs old and purchased less then a year ago.
