Hello, this is Berlin. We love paperwork and are full of administrative nonsense, and we can t get anything done. But we really want you to take us seriously as a city because we are - supposedly - the capital of Germany. We would like to welcome you to this 3rd tier regional airport because it s the best we could do and we can t get our stuff together to build a modern airport.
