Where do I start... elevator doors slamming shut right in front of you, overpriced parking fees, lackluster breakfast, M club being under construction without any reasonable replacement in place, incorrect billing (how hard can it be? Doesn't seem that easy as it took three attempts to remove incorrect charges and put the correct billing address in place) und missing points for the stay. Finally, there is 20% service charge in place without enforcing a no tipping policy - coupled with high prices at the bar this is the most childish reaction to the minimum wage increase I've seen. I stay at Marriott properties a lot (currently I am a Titanium member), yet this is the first Marriot property I can not recommend.
