Shocking Service, Ordered a phone on the 2nd Janua...

Shocking Service, Ordered a phone on the 2nd January and was advised the phone will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. Now on the 15th only to to be told that due to the backlog the phone will not be dispatched till w/c 20th January. If the procurement process is this hard I dread to think what the after sales service is like. Avoid if you can. Oh and it takes 14 days to issue a refund. Their excuse is all phones need to be tested before they are shipped out. Surely these should be tested ready to send out to customers. I have had to give 1 start as it wouldn't let me post 0 rating feedback.

UPDATE - after days of chasing I finally get a response back advising my refund will be processed by the close of play 31st January 2020. It's now a month since i ordered and no phone and no refund. Dispute has been raised with my credit card company. AVOID these cowboys.....

UPDATE 17/02/2020 - Still chasing, was told that a refund has been processed on 6th February and the money will be back on my card within 72 hours. Still no sign of the refund ( now on the 17th ) a dispute was raised with my credit card company as well. STAY CLEAR OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION. They are Scam Artists.....
