So, I bought my car there a couple of months ago. Trying to make an appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection since May 24 and I finally got it for June the 4th at 2:30 (pretty late to get something done) after several calls no answered. Once there I found out that the receptionist had not scheduled my appointment, but they decided to give me the service; however after about 30 min. my service was cancelled due to a power outage in their dealer. Sincerely I could have gone to another place, but I waited for the "already scheduled appointment" for this. What a waist of my day. But I got another appointment I took it even when I was so mad. I mean, how do they make up with the costumers when it is totally their fault in every single part?

I returned on the 11th and they were able to do the oil change and multi-point inspection, but not the fixture of a oil dripping (that they found during the multi-point inspection) from the steering wheel system. They said that the qualified technician to diagnostic the exact problem was not there; but until the weekdays. So; why they don't tell us that real technicians are not available on weekends? So I returned on the 13th and there were unable to give service unless and leave the car there.

I have explained them since my first appointment that I am going in a long trip. I waited until the 13th just for repair to be done. I am so frustrated with this poor costumer service; that I am NOT going back there unless I have none other option.
