Rooms were nice, unfortunately the service was very poor. Without going into all the details, this is the 2nd BC experience with this hotel chain that is service related... $1000/night we certainly expected the staff to achieve better communication between departments and especially with hotel guests. If you can, stay away! Regards, JP
