I found a laptop I was looking for through Leo. I m very computer illiterate but trying to relearn for a craft I m trying to start. The computer I got wouldn t work with the software I needed it to so I contacted him again and right away he said he would exchange it for the other one I was looking at. Totally my fault but Leo was friendly understanding and patient and helped me get what I needed to get started. Will definitely be doing more business in the future!
