Review of Sterling Central Apartments

I have both of my daughters in the Marquee for 2 y...

I have both of my daughters in the Marquee for 2 years and signed again for a 3rd year. We have never had any issues with the apartments. The staff have always been very easy to talk with and have addressed any concerns. Granted the place does have some slobs that live there, they throw there trash in stairwells , parking garage, but that is not the managements fault. It does get cleaned up when noticed. I feel that The Marquee is one of the safest apartments in the 2 blocks around UCF. This is a college town which means the great, the good and the bad kids are all mixed in. Lets not hold all of them into one group. The Marquee looks at each lease as an individual lease and helps with any issues
