Uber has the worst support I have ever dealt with, on par with Comcast. I left my keys in an Uber and have not been able to retrieve them. It took 5 emails for them to respond to me, and even after they did, none of the information they gave me was helpful. It is simply impossible for a company of Uber's size to carry out support issues through email. If Uber wants to satisfy its customers it needs a phone systems where issues and frustrations can be solved. If Uber doesn't want to help you with an issue, they don't, they simply don't respond to your emails and you are left helpless with no other options. I will be using Lyft for all of my future rides.
