I live in the Bridle creek Apartments and for the past four months I have had a broken A/C I can't get a hold of anyone from Corporate. They do not call you back and they do not email you back. WE are now hitting the high temps and yes I have no A/C. They gave me a portable unit but that barely covers a small space in the living room. Also cause me to have a $500 electricity bill. due to having to run it all the time. Just to keep my house livable. This is ridiculous and also Based on the Housing Authority Department this is unacceptable.
