PorchLight Real Estate Group provided me with great service to sell my home. My agent was Mike Smith who is knowledgeable of the current market, and gave me honest feedback. The services for marketing my home were excellent photography, good marketing exposure, and timely showings giving my home maximum exposure to the public. Most importantly for me, my agent was not a typical sales person. He did not answer a question with a question. Mike was able to handle complicated situations between buyer and seller; issues with HOA (home owners association) Management and bring resolve that both parties could agree upon.
