My visit to the Phoenician was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a resort.
The service wasn't just excellent, the people who work there are so pleasant and helpful, and treat you as if they love what they do and enjoy people. Far different from the robotic obligatory attention at other places.
Everything was sparkling clean.
There is plenty to do here, but if you don't feel like doing any of it you can enjoy some coffee or wine on your private balcony. Mine overlooked a natural area.
The cactus garden is beautiful, and I enjoyed a wall along the paths on the grounds.
There was even a falconer walking around, falcon hooded, to keep crows away from guests and food.
The resort is large, it never felt noisy or crowded. There are adult only pools but I did not notice any or many kids. Nighttime was peaceful, no noise to keep me up.
The ambience here invited fun relaxation.
I will be visiting again soon.
