I was a little skeptical about visiting this deale...

I was a little skeptical about visiting this dealer after reading some reviews, and I my self am a critic when it comes to customer service and that's the only time when I go out of my way to leave a negative feedback.
But, my experience was different and my expectations where exceeded at the way everyone there at Illinois Harley took care of me, I went there on a Saturday so you can imagine how crowded and busy it was, I went to visit the service department as I was towing my motorcycle there, rapidly R.B at the service desk took very good care of me and immediately had his guys bring down my bike from the trailer. R.B explained my options with full detail and was very very fair with prices, and with what would be more convenient for me, in fact I thought I was gonna more.
I left my bike there over a few days since parts needed to be ordered, R.B keep me updated with everything and was always there to answer my questions every time I called. My bike was finish in less time than expected and other small imperfections In the bike where corrected that I notice.
